SADHYO PRANAHARA SAFETY PROTOCOL
- All points classified as Sadhyo Pranahara (immediately life-threatening in classical texts) require the highest level of practitioner skill and attention
- NEVER apply firm pressure to Matrika (carotid), Sringataka (palate), or Adhipati (crown)
- Hridaya (heart center): palm hold ONLY — no circular motion, no pressure
- Nabhi (navel): clockwise only; omit with abdominal surgery history
- Always obtain full informed consent before working Sadhyo Pranahara points
